At Jones Road Beautyes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for a refund must be made within 60 days from the date of delivery of your order.
- The products being returned must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition. This includes maintaining all original packaging, seals, tags, and any accompanying materials (such as instruction booklets or samples).
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, which can be your order confirmation email, receipt, or order number.
- The products must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.
Please note that certain items may be excluded from our refund policy, such as personalized products, gift cards, and products marked as “final sale.” These exclusions will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within the 60 – day refund period. In your email, include your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 2 – 3 business days. If your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product(s), including the return address.
- Package the product(s) securely, ensuring that they are protected during transit. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the returned product(s) to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend that you retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for your records, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Processing Refunds
Once we receive your returned product(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. This inspection process typically takes 3 – 5 business days from the date we receive the return.
If the returned items are approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD).
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer. However, we strive to process refunds within 5 – 10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that some financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account, so we recommend checking with your bank if you do not see the refund within the expected timeframe.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund. This can occur if:
- The product is returned in a condition that does not fully meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., the packaging is damaged but the product itself is unused).
- Only a portion of the order is being returned.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless the return is due to a defect in the product, an error in your order (such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item), or a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product(s) to us. These shipping costs are non – refundable.
If the return is due to our error, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for the reasonable shipping costs incurred, upon receipt of proof of shipping.
